FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q1. Is this a standard-height sofa?
No—this is a low-profile, modern floor-style couch. Overall height is 24.4", with a 16.5" seat height and a 14.5" backrest measured along the back. It's designed for a relaxed, contemporary look, not a tall traditional backrest. Please review the dimensions carefully before ordering.
Q2. Which side is the chaise on? Can I switch it?
This is a left-arm-facing chaise—the chaise sits on the left when you face the sofa, as shown in the images. The chaise is a fixed module and its direction cannot be swapped. However, the two modular pieces can be freely rearranged and combined, so you can still build different L-shape layouts, a compact loveseat, or other configurations to fit your space.
Q3. How does this sofa ship? Will it fit through my doorway?
It ships in two compact boxes with lightweight modular pieces designed to fit through standard doorways and stairwells—one or two people can carry them easily, with no tools or assembly needed.
Q4. Can I remove and wash the cushion covers?
Yes. The seat cushion and throw pillow covers are removable and machine-washable. The back and body covers are not removable—spot-clean them with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
Q5. What if the foam doesn't fully expand?
Most cushions expand fully within 24–72 hours. If any area still looks flattened, gently stretch and reshape it by hand; contact us within 30 days if the issue persists.
Q6. How many people does this sofa seat?
It comfortably seats 3–4 adults—two on the main seat, one on the chaise, and one more stretching out. Total weight capacity is 1,400 pounds.
Q7. Is there a warranty?
Yes. This sofa is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Damage caused by misuse or accidents, or by severe natural disasters, is not covered. Contact us anytime if you have questions.
