I spent a lot of time reading reviews before deciding which robot vacuum and mop combo to buy. This one is perfect! It really is life changing. Our floors stay very clean now with minimal effort on our part. I only wish I bought it sooner. Pros: -It comes with an extra set of side sweeper things and an extra mop pad. -It is not very noisy. It’s much quieter than a regular vacuum. -It can vacuum and mop at the same time. When you want it to mop, all you have to do is put water in the water container and slide the mop attachment on. It knows when the attachment is on and switches to combo mode. -It maps your house the first time it cleans. After that, you can select just a certain area to clean, block off certain areas, spot clean or even draw lines for it to follow. We usually just have it clean the whole floor, but do need those functions occasionally when our toddler makes a mess. -It was super easy to set up and get started. -It cleans the whole bottom level of our house and still has plenty of battery left. It recharges itself after cleaning. If for some reason the battery gets to 20 percent while cleaning, it will recharge itself and then continue the job. -It has great suction power and has been able to pick up everything I wanted it to. -It can go over obstacles without any issue. I had a board under my bed and it climbed over that fine. I actually bought another brand for upstairs because it was cheaper, and that one gets stuck trying to get over the board. (This one will map and clean both floors, I just wanted a separate one to keep upstairs.) I am now considering sending that one back and getting a second ZOOZEE. Cons -I will still sometimes have to spot mop. This does a general mop, but if there are stubborn spots, I’ll have to get those up. I think this is common for robot mops and not just for this brand, so I’m not sure it’s much of a con. If you are on the fence as to which robot vacuum/mop to buy, get this one! I’ve already got my aunt to order one and I will likely be purchasing a second one!
